Prior to her current role she was CEO of TKP Investments for more than a decade. During her leadership it quadrupled in size to around €30 bln.

Mirella Kleijnen is professor of Customer Experience Management at the marketing department of the School of Business and Economics.
She also serves on the editorial board of Journal of Service Research and European Journal of Marketing and she is Accosiate Editor of the section Technology, Interactive and Social Media for the Journal of Business Research.
Currently, Mirella Kleijnen is Vice Dean of Education at SBE.Her Ph D thesis focused on consumer evaluations of mobile service innovations.Her work has been published in several academic journals, among which .From a teaching perspective, she has a strong track record in various teaching programs, including bachelor, master, and post-graduate level.She has taught a variety of courses, including Consumer Science for Online Commerce, Marketing Sustainable Innovations, Creativity & innovation, Marketing Strategy and MSc Thesis coordination and supervision.She was also a member of the “Taakgroep Financiering”, part of the Climate Board striving to achieve a Dutch climate agreement and resulting in the signing of a voluntary commitment of the whole Dutch financial sector to the Cabinet’s climate goals in July 2019.Fred Langerak is full (tenured) professor of Product Development & Management in the School of Industrial Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology and chair of the Innovation, Technology Entrepreneurship & Marketing (ITEM) group.He has also been awarded the best teacher award for his master course on Management of Product Development in 20.Besides he is member of the scientific advisory board of the Dutch Marketing Institute (NIMA) and editorial board member of the Dutch journals Holland Management Review and M&O, Tijdschrift voor Management en Organisatie.He also serves as editorial board member of the Journal of Product Innovation Management, which is the leading academic journal devoted to the latest research, theory, and practice in new product and service development.Fred is ranked number 18 (out of 1718) in the 2012 list of the World’s Most Active Innovation Management Scholars.
